You guys are treating me like I'm a criminal, I've admitted that I understood the risks when purchasing coins.

But Please read all of my comments and tell me which is worse. Me spending a whole heap of money on your fc points to get unlucky and get nothing from it. Only then did I resort to buying coins from other people because i have a full time job and don't have time to trade like some of those crazy people. The only issue is that you guys don't get money from them.

If your packs had better pack weight and were cheaper I would never have even gotten to the point where i felt i needed to buy coins. But when a customer spend Hundreds of their hard earned money to get constant fodder. It's disheartening. So It's better to go with an option that has a guaranteed return on investment.

Plus there's so many worse things in this community that is what actually makes people quit.

If someone would actually sit down and talk to me I can give you actual insight in to the issues the real people are facing. Not the whingers that play games for a living, but from people that have full time jobs, families and look forward to getting home and playing your game for an hour or two. But still happy to put money into it to try and stay competitive.

I'm not a criminal and I don't deserve to have an important part of this game taken from me. Can I please sit with someone that will actually listen. because each time I've written war and peace on my appeal only to have an automated message saying the same stuff.
