EA FC 26 TRIAL , NEED HELP!!!!!

Hi i am on pc and in uk, i booted up the ea app, i have pre ordered ultimate edition and i have ea play and the trial is not showing up? It just says playable in (however long it is till release)

how can i get access to the trial?
