EA FC HELP ME

You will be allowed to play the match, I promise! You just need to have those players in your reserves, not simply sitting in your club.

You can't use reserve players during the match anyway, so it won't affect your team. Just try it. In my other post, I showed you in the picture exactly where the reserves are.

Have a look, put the suspended players there, and start the match. I promise you, the match will play out — 100%! And the red cards will be gone after the match finishes.

When you play your next match, pls make sure the 2 players with red cards to be placed in your active SQUAD Bro! In reserves, otherwise they will always have the red card on them because the system cannot process the red card suspension. 

Put both players into your reserves. Pls see the picture below, the empty spaces (Grey slots marked UT) represents reserves, PUT YOUR PLAYERS THERE. It does say "RES" for this section of the squad on the side as well.

Just add the 2 players to that section (reserves) and play any match and the red cards will be effectively removed afterwards.

It’s been about 10-20 matches it’s not been cleared 

Alr here’s what im experiencing 

Are those players actually in your active squad, in the reserves specifically, or are they completely out of the squad and just in your club?

Basically, when you start your next match, make sure both players are included in the squad you see before the match. They won't be available to play because of the red cards (so don't put them in your first 11 or subs, PUT THEM IN RESERVES bottom right on your screen). I repeat, they must be in the reserves during a match for the suspension to count and the red cards to be cleared after the match.
