I have purchased ea fc 25 ultimate team edition via ea app. after payment the game did not come in ea library. payment option shows the status is processing from 2 days. is anyone still facing this problem? what should we do?
Community ManagerHi there, as shown on your screenshot, you've pre-ordered EA FC 26 instead of purchasing EA FC 25. As EA FC 26 has not been released yet, it will not show up in your library until its release date. If you accidentally purchased the wrong product, you can request a refund.
same! i bought the pre-order FC26 and after few days the game disappeared from my library and asking me to buy again
Community ManagerDexter10x please note that in the first screenshot, you're not in your library; you're in the EA app store, and it is showing that you have pre-ordered the game. On the second screenshot, you're on your EA app library, and the game is not showing there because it hasn't been released yet.
