EA FC tournaments

Hello has anyone been signing up for tournaments on FC 26 but when they are joining a match like a semi final or final or so they're opponent isn't joining and when the timer is finished you get the loss. But they by not joining are practically forfeiting therefore you get the win. My connection is secure and stable and this is a recurring problem. I have missed out on thousands of FC points and a sweepstakes entry.
