EA Gives Long Bans With No Reason and Doesn’t Even Trust Their Own Players
It’s honestly unbelievable how EA hands out long bans without giving players any real explanation. You can provide proof, screenshots, account logs—everything they ask for—and they still act like your evidence means nothing. It feels like they don’t even trust their own customers.
I did everything right. I followed the rules, I sent proof, and I clearly explained my situation. Yet they still chose to ignore it and stick with their automated decision. No detailed response, no transparency, and definitely no sign that a real person actually looked at the case.
And the worst part? These bans last ridiculously long, sometimes permanently, while they refuse to consider the player’s side at all. If they expect us to respect the rules, they should at least respect the people who spend money, time, and effort on their games.
It’s frustrating, it’s demoralizing, and it makes you feel like EA assumes every player is guilty by default. Their current system does nothing but punish innocent players while refusing to acknowledge the evidence we provide. They seriously need to fix this broken process.
