They can't because it's broken code slapped on top of more broken code , it can't be fixed they don't know how to , it needs scrapping and starting again from scratch, but they can't do that because they need to churn out a new one every single year, next year would be ideal for a full rework as let's be honest who's playing this garbage instead of GTA 6, let's be real
