EA refunded only partial amount

I refunded the Ultimate edition of EA FC 26 on the 8/10/25 where I payed Rp1137861. As I am Australian and living in Indonesia temporarly I payed using an Australian card On the 11/10/25 a partial refund came into my bank account $1.05 which is the equivalent of Rp11000 essentially 1% of what I payed. Naturally I contacted EA support and the first 2 acknowledge a mistake saying the full refund would be processed intially in 48hrs, then 7-10 business days and after today the third time contacting them they have doubled down and said I was refunded the full amount on the 11/10/25. Absolute scumbags refuse to refund the full amount even after I have sent them screenshots of both my bank account and the receipt.
