Hello EA I have been recommended to post something on the forums about my discussion with someone from your support team as he cannot help me.
I suffer with partial blindness a disability which affects your vision and close and far distances. I purchased 2800 FC points today and decided to attempt to purchase a pack I wanted however because of the current state of my vision I accidentally picked a pack I did not want to purchase I was very annoyed and frustrated at this and decided to attempt to contact your customer support and explained to him my disability and situation but he said he cannot do anything with the tools he has so he recommended me to post this on the forums so here I am. All I am requesting is the points to be put back on my account I do hope you can help me with this as Im in a bad state at the moment and I were really looking forward to using my FC points I hope someone will see this and help me
