EVERYBODY HAS THE RIGHT TO PELE EVO!!

I want to have the right to do the PELE EVO like some had the opportunity. Denied by a mistake of EA and patched. Some had luck to have the time to complete.

Give everybody the right before the needed evolutions are out of time.....
