Anyone else getting the “failed to create avatar. Try again later” error in clubs?

update: Mine worked 3rd try finally. didn't do any customization , didn't allocate points; only picked position and change weight/height
yup. same. after the update I tried to play clubs after my career save was corrupted. im 0-2 with trying to enjoy this beta.
I'm having this issue now, did you manage to fix it?
