FC 26 | My Wish List

Just a few things I would like to see.

  • real speed differentiation: full sprint > controlled sprint. Defenders having a hard time trying to catch top controlled sprint players. 
  • faster ball speed: improve animation speed and increase ball speed. ball speed is slow.
  • through balls: The player should go to the ball, not the ball to the player. 
  • offside runs: the problem is not offside runs, the problem is that it is always the same AI player making stupid offside runs [ST]. Other AI players should make smart offside runs [LB/RB/CM/CAM/LW/RW with attacking focus] to be able to beat high defensive lines. Triggered runs are bugged, players stop running because they want to be onside against high defensive lines. AI players make stupid offside runs even when the passing player is facing their own goal.
  • Low Urgency runs: Opponents using 95 defensive lines, you trigger a run and the player runs slowly and calmly. Add some kind of high urgency trigger run.
  • reduce auto tackles while jockeying: players winning the ball 99% of the time without pressing the tackle button.
  • GK focus against long shots: specially against Trivelas and Finesse shots.  good GK against these kind of shots, bad or regular GK in other situations.
  • calling Teammates short:  A pain in the **bleep** to call a ST short when he is in the penalty box, he ignores all commands, and in case he runs back, he does it slowly. 
  • option to disable flair shots in menu:  I know a flair shot will be executed when I requested another type of shot.
  • volley vs header: a shot modifier to execute volleys, even if the animation will take longer. The current system sucks.  Ball altitude determines the outcome.
  • live objective tracker: Did that count as a volley? Who knows. 5 minutes later... it didn't count.
  • Simplified Skill Moves alternative: instead of skill moves, I would like trigger runs. [currently it is R1/RB + RS flick, but many times R1/RB is not executed so the RS flick is ignored]. Even better, multiple player trigger runs with a single RS flick. Imagine flicking your RS forward, and your attackers start running forward. 
  • more customization for non-popular cameras: I feel FC is designed only for popular cameras [coop/tele/tele broadcast] and other cameras are ignored.
    I use a non-popular camera [End to End]. Many times you can't see parts of the pitch because the huge flags in the stands are blocking the view.  Attackers are also not visible due to the position of the camera. Height and Zoom is not enough, I would like a camera settings the can move the camera position in the Y coordinate [Vertical]. The new UT Competitive Camera seems to have a rail in the X coordinate [horizontal].

When attacking Up-Down, you can't see most of your players until you reach a certain location in the Y coordinate.  Most of the visible area is not important. The Camera Y position should be lower.  btw this is Height 20, Zoom 0.

A setting to change the Y coordinate would be wonderful, and maybe add a coop version for vertical cameras.  Thanks
