Fc 26 dissapointing

I just playing early access elimination I was winning the match the connection suddenly went bad gameplay was fast forwarding all this helped my opponent to win the match the gamepaly issues for this game are unbelievable since the launch of early access the game is been nothing but terrible I can believe I spent money on this game i even brought 100k pack only to get nothing much I regret spending money on this game and it's not even a week on top of that EA charged me fcpoints for season 1 premium pass when it's supposed to free the game is seriously feeling like a scam spending money only to be scammed make complaints on the forum nothing is being resolved EA what you doing is very cruel and unfair you treat paying customers like myself like crap
