FC 26 Missing
Hello EA,ive opened my FC26 after 7 days,and ive got up this on my startup Whats the problem here? i got the game by redeeming a code,can you help me with this?

from my only experience when i had a game revoked by ea. i bought it off a 3rd party website which ea considered an unauthorised seller after 6 months. this may be or may not be your problem. however, i am only letting you know about the time i got a game revoked, and i never got it back (spoke to ea advisor) - it was my first and last time i bought a game outside of ea other than official retailers.
