FC 26 Not showing up in library after i preordered it.
I preordered ea sports fc 26 through the ea app on my pc. The game itself doesnt show up in my library but i have recieved all rewards for the fc 25 game. It even shows up in my order history but not...
Update: I pre-ordered on 30 July. After several unsuccessful tickets and a useless live chat, the item appeared in my library. Although the order still shows as 'in progress', I decided to check the library and found it there. I've attached screenshots.
I hope everything is sorted out quickly for everyone because the service has been disappointing.
