Fc 26 problems

I  been having some problems with my FC 26 recently, problems that I don't how to fixed.

My first problem is I can't play pro clubs with some of my friends and I don't know why, I can enter the ultimate team and play normally, co-op games, session but only pro clubs is the only game at the moment that  can't access.

My other problem is I can't see my session pass, can't get the rewards neither see what level I'm my, I have tried to reset my game and my PS5 to resolve all of this problems but nothing work.

I don't know what to do.
