Fc 26 squad battles

I’m really outraged after playing two Squad Battles matches with my little brother. We won both games 32-0, but after they ended, we got sent back to the main menu with the message “Ea servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again” and somehow got given 3-0 losses instead. It’s really unfair and frustrating after putting in so much effort to win like that. I have proof of what happened, and because of the time wasted and trouble caused, I would like to receive compensation i have contacted one of your advisers (Rajeev) and i was promised that the development team would give me compensation. My case number is 224990051 and I have provided evidence I am expecting a quick response.
