Hey EA, I received the beta code but for some reason it gave me the PS4 code, when I am on the PS5 and wanted the PS5 code. Is there anyway I can received the code for PS5? I tried to put in the code again but it did not work. I was really looking forward to trying out the new FC26 and its my first time ever that I have received a Beta Code! Thank you so much!

Sure, but when you signed up for the beta testing programme it asked you which consoles do you own and would like access to the beta on.
I chose PS5 as my preferred console but I also stated that I own a PC and a switch. I received a code for my PC, but it’s ok because I have it to play on.
These closed betas are completely random, random people get selected, random consoles get selected and random game modes are unlocked. Sure you can input every console to increase your chances of playing but if you don’t own that console, you can’t play. It’s as simple as that.
Right, you stated that you own a PC and switch, so makes sense that they will send to either one of those platforms, I am not questioning that. As for me, I did not state that. I just said the PS5. So that doesn't really help me unfortunately. But it is what it is. Thanks
