FC26 Preorder issues

I pre ordered fc26 ultimate edition but my icon pick in fc25 and my Evo didn’t appear please help me.

I want to make sure everything is ok and I will get my icon in FC26

I bought it today 26th august at 13:00 Italian time pls help
