FC26 PRODUCT KEY

My son mistakenly ordered fc25 which he already has instead of fc26 via amazon. He has not redeemed the product key and wants to see if it can be cancelled and a new fc26 issued instead. Amazon wont ...

I have already been to Amazon and they told me to go to EA sports as you are able to determine that we have not redeemed the product key code. Thanks
