FC 26 Gameplay Feedback (9-year FIFA player)
As someone who has played FIFA/FC for over 9 years, I find FC 26 very frustrating in its current state.
Main issues:
- AI defending feels too strong and unrealistic (too many automatic interceptions and tackles with minimal user input)
- Passing under pressure is often inconsistent and gets intercepted too easily
- Attacking inside the box feels unresponsive compared to previous titles
- Headers, crosses, and corners are much less effective
- Dribbling feels restricted and less skill-based
- Gameplay speed feels inconsistent from match to match
- Overall gameplay feels less predictable and less rewarding for skilled players compared to FC 24/25
At higher levels, it often feels like defensive AI is doing too much of the work, while attacking creativity and skill expression are reduced.
I hope future updates focus on balancing AI defending and improving responsiveness in attacking gameplay to bring the experience closer to FC 24/25.
