Fix your servers
I haven’t been able to log in or play a single game on EAFC 26 since Thursday. I purchased the Ultimate Edition with Early Access, and I also stream regularly, so this has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable.Every time I try, I either can’t connect successfully or get disconnected before I can start a match. I paid for early access specifically to play before release, and instead I haven’t been able to use the game at all.I live in Houston, Texas, and I’ve seen several reports from other players in the area experiencing the same issue, so this seems to be affecting more than just me. I would like an urgent update on this problem and when it will be fixed. It’s very disappointing to pay extra for early access and not even be able to play. Also due to the lag and everything that’s been happening when accessing the store they will charge my card for FIFA points without my authorization, reached out to support and they didn’t refund me. This happened more than once. I demand compensation or a refund this is completely unnaceptable and unprofessional.
