foul chance increased?

After this new bruiser nerf came into play i have experienced so many more fouls off bruiser and using it for instance i played the ball back to my keeper he kicks it away when a player was coming and somehow a foul? and it also seems every single time i want to use bruiser it results in a foul despite them having enforcer and i barely actually move them? even standing tackles are a push because they just keep resulting in fouls when its a clean challenge
