Funny message not to quit game
EA comercial deparment is amazing, they keep sending messages not to quit games because it makes others experience bad.
Imagine going to a restaurant, order a stake, when you taste it, it tastes like **bleep**.
And the chef says "you have to finish it, so other clients are ok, if you don't we wont offer you desert".
You should make a good game, not full of bugs, great gameplay so people don't quit the games.
Why don't you do something like, if you quit a game you have to send a form explaining why you quit, with a print of mach facts, and analise them and make a good game.
People quit because they think "oh ok, its this kind of game, opponent run faster then mine, my passes go wrong, every disarm my players start walking like drunk, I make 10 shots and score 1 and opponent makes 3 and score 3. Its no use to play because its impossible to win"
Thats what happen in this game! So fix the game, make it playable like in 20 to 23, and you see less people quitting games.
