Futties Countdown evo missing after buying the FUTTIES Catch Up Evo Pack

So I bought the FUTTIES Catch Up Evo Pack for 325000 coins to get the futties Countdown evolution. The evo was in the pack and I even claimed it but when I check my rewards section for the evo, it's missing. I can't find the evo anywhere anymore. Has anyone else faced this issue?
