Game corrupted

What’s happening with the game? I only ever play manager mode. And more specifically over the Christmas period. Started with a club. The new update came out and then I downloaded it. 

I’ve come back to try and load my manager mode. It says it’s corrupted and all I can do is delete it. 

Has anyone else got this issue? If anything EA need to give a refund. This is the last game I’ll be getting to be honest.
