Got a problem with my FC26 preorder

I preordered the game on ps5 before the icon promo ender, i also got and took my reward on FC25, i have recipt of the transfer and they took money for the purchase.

Suddently today my preorder was refounded, so i bought the game again, psn told me it war their problem and i have to contact ea to get the concent back.

Did i just lose my icon? Is there any way to fix it if i show you proof of my purchase?

    Hey jakepadellas​ there is nothing that we at EA can do to assist with this issue.

    You need to address your issues with PSN support, we have no oversight or access to their account and billing.

    Sorry to say jakepadellas​ but for billing issues on the PSN we would not be able to assist with any issues related to billing on their platform.

  • Hello everyone,

    I'll try to be as clear and argomentative as possible to avoid any mistakes and try to fix this situation.

    The 18/07 I've preordered FC26 ULTIMATE EDITION, as I've shown to the customer support, and with the picture I'll link with this post (PAYING FULL PRICE AS PSN TERMS AND CONDITIONS DEMAND).

    The week before the  game released, PSN had billing problems, resulting in deleting my preorder.

    So I opened a ticket with them, explaining the situation and getting my preorder up again, worried about losing my icon, I asked them information and they told me to contact EA customer support.

    That being said I opened a ticket, with the operator JESSICA FAITH the 17/09, asking if I would receive my icon or not, TELLING CLEARLY THAT I WOULD HAVE DELETED MY PREORDER IF I DIDN'T RECIEVE MY ICON. explaining the situation in extreme detail and sending all the information asked.

    Jessica after a detailed consultation with the team GUARANTEED ME that, even with my problems, I was still able to receive my icon, giving me a practice number to show in case of any problems.

    ALL THE SCREENSHOT OF THIS CONVERSATION WILL BE SENT WITH THIS POST, SO YOU CAN FREELY CHECK THOSE OUT.

    After this conversation, two days went by, I subscribed to EA play, as I do every year to buy Fifa point and play the game a little early (I've also seen online tons of people recieving the icon only for the ea play subscription or even 2 icon packs), the icon wasn' there.

    I had like ten open practices to try and fix this situation for over a week, with other customer support operators that GUARANTEED me that I would receive my icon, and that my account was eligible for the early bid. (ALL SCREEN WITH OPERATOR NAME AND ID CASE BELOW)

    After all these confirmations fed up about this situation I've opened yet another ticket, showing all my proofs, screens, and practice number, and another operator told me that my account was blocked from the icon, avoiding any response and BLOCKING MY CHAT IMMEDIATELY.

    As of today I can't use live chat anymore, my practice aren't getting solved, I always tried to be as polite and gentle as possible, but I honestly think this is wrong from your side.

    I was really clear, explaining before release, that I would've delete my preorder and bought the base game without icon, the operators all lied to me, just to get me to buy something and now no one is helping.

    Hello EA_Darko​ have you seen the photos? They're telling me it's your problem to give the content back, not theirs, what should I tell them?
