Got my Beta Code confirmed but nothing downloaded

Typed in my BETA Code, got my confirmation receipt but the Beta never actually downloaded? Used your Beta tool to get a replacement code since I assumed it was a glitch, now I get an error code every time I type said new code.

Not sure what to do now at this point...please help
