Haven't ea fc 26 on my library after buy on PC.

Ea send me e-mail that they thank me for buying ultimate edition etc. and that my game should be availble in my library in ea app. Unfortunatelly it doesn't show that i have ea fc 26 in my library... what i can do? My money disappeared but i dont have acces to game in my library...
