Haven't played for 3 years now and

I suck so badly. I dont know how to defend or how to get some consistent gameplay. I always ause a 4-1-2-1-2 formation and I was always around a div3 player and  my win ratio was like a 3-1 and could sometimes beat really good players with my consistent style of play. But this year, its like im flat out winning 2 games in a row and have lost so many games now its not funny. 

 Im finding it hard to find a good camera angle and just dont feel comfortable playing and I seem to be 1 step behind everyone I play, its so frustrating. Some games I can get a good game going and win 7-1 and think im getting better and the next i lose really badly and my GK couldn't catch a cold.

Any tips?
