how to ruin a game 101

since the first month of releasing the game most people were complaining about how op the playstyles are and the actual stats dont matter in this game , so what is the smartest move they could actualy do ?

they added cards that have two playstyle plus (winterwild cards) then in less than a month they added cards that have three playstyle plus (toty) , i really want to know who make these decisions cause i think he might need a short break
