I can NEVER control my team in FUT.

When I play the game in any mode from the center circle, I don't experience any issues, but when I play against online opponents in the FUT section, I lose control of the game. Shortly after the match starts, I CAN NEVER CONTROL MY PLAYERS, AND THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY. Shortly after the match starts, my selected player runs towards the opponent's goal on their own, my goalkeeper moves forward on their own, I can't switch between my other players, I can't direct them, in short, I CAN'T PLAY THIS CRAPPY GAME. The service I paid for can't be this crappy.
