I lost 1000 FC points

I opened the Global Limit Package (1000 FC points) and the 84+ package. However, the game suddenly displayed a store warning, and two players with a 76 rating came from the 84 guaranteed package. The same thing happened with the Global Limit Package. Please assist me in this situation and request a refund of the 1000 FC points.
