Issue - There is no meaningful fodder supply with the new token system

If all we have is tokens now and there is no padding to rewards that stocks low level fodder then fodder is going to dry up super fast in the next week or two. I know some token packs include some fodder but there needs to ge a minimum weekly supply per person who is engaging with things like Rivals or FUT Champs.

It's easy fix, just have an attainable minimum wins for those 2 modes and give tokens and a generic fodder pack like 10 82s+ 5 86+ that can only be gold rares
