Dear EA Support Team,
I’m following up regarding the serious gameplay issues I reported two days ago on FC 26 for PC. Unfortunately, I’ve received no response so far, and the situation has actually gotten worse.
At this point, the game is completely unplayable across all modes — severe lag, stuttering, and constant gameplay breakdowns. It’s been this way for several days, making it impossible to enjoy or even participate in Ultimate Team or any other mode.
This is very disappointing, especially considering my high-end system specifications:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT
With this setup, FC 26 should run smoothly without any performance problems. Yet, it performs far below expectations, and there has been no communication or update from EA addressing the issue.
I need to know:
Whether this is a widespread issue affecting PC players or specific hardware configurations.
If EA is aware of the ongoing performance problems and what steps are being taken.
When we can expect a fix or official response.
As a paying customer, I find the lack of acknowledgment and action completely unacceptable. I’ve invested money and time into FC 26 Ultimate Team, and right now, it’s unplayable. I strongly urge EA to investigate and provide an immediate update or resolution.
