It kicked me out of Ultimate Champions even though I had an internet connection.

Hello, I was in the middle of my Champions League match, making a substitution in the final minutes, when suddenly the internet disconnected. It didn't count my win, it counted my loss. Could you please fix this immediately?

Hi there. I'm sorry to say, when you disconnect from a match, a loss is automatically given. If you are regularly disconnecting, we should go through some troubleshooting. There are steps here you can try that may help. Thanks!
