I've put the code in but nothing in my install?

Had code for xbox but nothing in my install

    Once you have added code, 

    1, Go to settings

    2,click account

    3, Payment and billing

    4, order history

    It should come up, click it and you can then install it, Hope this helps

You have to go transaction history account > billing > transaction history I’ve missed one but then you click it and download it .
