Keepers diving the wrong way?

Why have Ea coded the keepers so they dive the wrong way. Plenty of times the ball is flying lets say top corner and they go down and spread their legs open as if there saving a low driven shot. Or the ball is a low driven shot going left and they dive over the ball? I am absolutely shocked to see a keeper make a save in this game unless the shot is from way way outside the box. Otherwise its always a goal
