Limit the pausing

I hear what you are saying - But that is a terrible idea.

If someone wishes to pause the game and make tactical changes etc... that is allowed within the boundaries of the game. And sure if you are 4-0 down and your wondering what on earth the opponent is doing. 70mins in the game. They are allowed to make changes or pause or whatever.

Is it annoying if you are losing? Sure. But they are doing nothing wrong. They might be making formation changes or anything in that time window.

What you want to be more worried about is playing International Vs Club Teams. That is a bad idea. Id change the setting that forces only clubs Vs clubs and International Vs international. It's just ridiculous Club Vs country. I hate that.

And one last thing. There really isn't any such thing as putting this game on late at night  to have a wind down or chill time. Online is completely competitive and people are only playing to win. And some are playing to win and humiliate. It's just the nature of online gaming. And especially this game. Football in general TBF.

So all in all no. Pauses must remain as they are.

3 pause is like 120 seconds, u play a 12 minute match and you cant wait 2 minute for pause? Interesting

Winning 4-0 with 10 minutes left, pausing it, running down the clock, game restarts and they pause it again.  I messaged one of these morons and he said "you should quit", which means he was doing it on purpose.  If anything, just allow 1 pause and that's it at that point.

I like the challenge of playing against anybody, the only teams everybody uses are Barcelona, Real Madrid, Liverpool, PSG, France and Portugal.

That's fine. You do you with Club Vs Country. I just don't like it. I like to make some realism out of club v club.

As for the pauses. Sorry but no. Just because someone acts a tw@ doesn't mean everyone should suffer. I like to make late changes and that is football.

What about winning 6-1, pausing it and then pausing it again?  That's the point I'm trying to make.

You get 3 pauses, how you use them is up to you.

Unfortunately, we will always meet the odd idiot. Just move on and hope the next opponent is a decent person.
