locked transfer market on companion app

Question

Hi EA, I purchased fc26 after not playing fc25 and therefore don’t have immediate access to the transfer market on the companion app. I have since followed the steps to try and unlock it and haven’t been able to for the past week. I have been constantly playing fc26 and logging into the companion app to achieve these “active days” but i still haven’t unlocked it. Can you please give me some advice on how to unlock it or unlock it for me

Hi there. You'll need to keep playing. The market will unlock when you've met the requirements. Also, keep in mind that other accounts accessing Ultimate Team on the same device, as well as any previous sanctions, will delay having the market open. refund the game.I unlocked it wthout any problems,your account is likely bugged and EA won't fix it
