lost Pina toty on my club

Hello,

 

I’m writing to report an issue where I seem to have lost my TOTY Pina from my Ultimate Team club.

 

She was previously on my account, but she is no longer there. I have checked my club, quick sell recovery, SBCs, and transfer list, and I can’t find her anywhere.

 

I did not intentionally discard, sell, or submit her into an SBC. I believe this may be a bug or an unintended issue, and I really hope someone can help investigate and restore her to my account if possible.

    i also lost my martinez 90 and I find him in my quit sell. I don't know how he landing there

    Thank you for your reply.

     

    I have already tried contacting support both through live chat and via email. Unfortunately, I’m not really getting any proper help or clear answers. I have provided all the requested information, including details about when I packed TOTY Pina and other relevant account information, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

     

    I feel like I’ve done everything I possibly can on my end. I’ve checked my club, quick sell recovery, SBCs, and transfer list multiple times, and she is simply not there.

     

    That’s why I’m posting here, hoping that someone might be able to help or escalate the issue, because right now I don’t feel like I’m getting the support I need. It’s honestly quite frustrating.

     

    I really hope someone can help me recover her.

    Yes bro. Sick!!! Now they close the case? Does anyone have an email please. I think the adviseurs on the chat is a BOT. So I want a person they can help me. For 100%. This players i lose is sickness

    We simply do not have the ability to discuss your account or review any part of it with you here.

    Our live support team are the only ones who can help you with this.

    It may take some time but it is worth gathering as much info as possible before speaking with them again.
