Manager Career Icons & Heroes should be as seperate purchase imo

I feel mixed about Icons & Heroes in Manager Career. In general I like to have them available to any Fantasy Career I want to Start, but... Leveling Season Pass just for that feels mentally depleting. I don't want to start New Manager Career with Icons while I havent unlocked all of them. So every Season Pass must be leveled up to Tier 19. There seemingly is not enough XP provided from Seasonal Objectives and Manager Objectives. I am forced to open FUT time to time, but it is like chore. I dont enjoy FUT or Clubs or Player Career. Why there is not possible to get Manager Career XP for just playing game without heavy restrictions every 7 days just to limit player packs in UT... 

In my opinion Icons & Heroes should be sold as whole seperate DLC not stretched out with every Season Pass and FOMO. I don't want to start new Fantasy manager mode every month or so aswell. Maybe on paper it looks cool, but in my experience I feel punished by Season Pass approach as Manager mode player.

My little rant is over
