Thanks for your reply, yes i have already done them steps. no joy, I have spoke to live chat so many times this week regarding it, feel like they aint even trying to look into it or take it seriously. Iv to just wait it out. So i have stopped playing as i refuse to play a game when this is happening and no one is doing anything to rectify it. I have had advisors look at my transfer history and agree with me about this issue yet i have not received the cards nor the coins back that i spent on the cards. So they agree with my issue and can see i aint lying. Yet cant do anything about it.
