No ban or penalty as long as the person is not speaking English

So in the ea app you can add someone as friend and chat with them, there’s one time I played a guy in weekend league and won 5-0 so he’s raging at me. Talking about all kinds of stuff, like how I’m from Hong Kong so I’m poor and live in a small house, and how he thinks I’m max div4 and I’m only winning cuz i have a better internet. And since I typed all my replies in English, he started talking about how England abandoned Hong Kong and all people from Hong Kong are pretending to be a foreigner by speaking English. Like I get it he’s mad because he lost a WL game, but the most ridiculous thing is I reported him expecting EA to take action against such behaviour. You know what, EA reviewed the chat log and said it’s totally fine and take no action against the great Chinese man. Wow, so because he’s talking in Chinese he can take no responsibility for what he said? Can you guys not translate the responses and see what ridiculous comments he has made? Now I learn one thing, just fight in Chinese and say whatever you want, you will be fine. Massive company like EA either can’t translate a language, or they are just scared of the Mainland. Hahahaha that’s actually insane.
