No beta code

I’m an EA SPORTS FC Club Member and I received an official email on August 2 stating I’d have access to the FC 26 Closed Beta (including Ultimate Team, Career Mode, and Clubs).

The email specifically said I would be one of the “select Club Members” granted Full Beta Mode access, and that codes would roll out this week.

 

As of August 7th, I’ve not received a code, despite others having access to the beta. I’ve checked all folders, and my email preferences are enabled.

 

Can you please check and confirm when my code is arriving?

    I have this too. I wouldn’t be annoyed except for this — I have an email saying “you’re in” but no code and no way of contacting anyone to ask about it. 

    I’ve opened three help tickets. The first was marked as resolved without anyone ever communicating to me about it. The second two mysteriously disappeared with no record. 

    I probably wouldn’t have even played much, but now due to broken brain syndrome I search my email for it 50 times a day.
