Not Recieving SBC

So guys I’ve been doing SBC for about an hour now, and for some reason after I submitted the SBC for the “1 of 3 88+ campaign mix player pick”, and the “ Fut Birthday Challenge 2”. I got the message that they had been completed, yet it’s been an hour and I still haven’t received them. I also noticed that every SBC I completed has a picture or something as like a cover, however the “FUT birthday challenge 2” has no cover image like the others. Is anyone else experiencing  this?
