Opponent quits but I don’t get the win

I’m playing EA SPORTS FC 26 on Xbox Series X. When I’m winning an online match and my opponent quits, I don’t receive the win and the match doesn’t count. However, if I disconnect because of an internet issue or a power outage, I always get a loss. This has happened many times. Please investigate this issue

    That shouldn't happen. If your opponent quits while you're winning, the match should normally count as a win. If it's happening repeatedly, it could be a bug or a server issue. Hopefully EA investigates and fixes it soon.
