PC performance and controller glitch

It's just have been the worst game performance I ever seen.

I can only run the game offline with 60fps/or more rendering 50% of 1080p, anything besides that is unplayable 5-10fps. But there's a catch. Sometimes it doesn't work and I need to keep switching between "Bordless" and fullscreen and pray that it will work.

Now the great part and suprise, if offline mode is working than any online mode besides rush will not  have a decent performance because the controller gets crazy, without any input it keeps playing by itself. I need to keep pausing and shifting betweeen windows mode and PRAY that it will work...

I don't know what else to do to play the game after just opening it, I tried everything, reeinstaled, put the cable on the ps4 controller etc etc etc. I lost an insane amount of games. I feel like a clown as a consumer.
