Playing FC26 testimonial. (Stuttering, CPU, GPU, FPS and controllers)

It's incredibly frustrating to pay for something so expensive that doesn't work. I bought early access to get some advantage, and two weeks later, it still isn't working. I've tried everything EA recommends, but my PC, while not high-end, is between the minimum and recommended hardware. The game stutters, the controls don't work, or they stop working after a few seconds. It's ridiculous how menus work smoothly, and then when you enter a game, they freeze. Sometimes it's the GPU that's about to melt, other times the CPU. It's unbelievable how two weeks after launch, this kind of problem still exists, with so many users affected, me being one of them. A patch was recently released, but in reality, everything remains the same...or even worse. And the truth is, they can't say anything other than "the problem is being investigated." If the problem is fixed, I repeat...if, I wonder what kind of responsibility they'll take. I'm truly frustrated. From the very little I've managed to play decently (yes, because it's random), I see a game with enjoyable mechanics, probably the best in recent times, but this is worth zero because it's unplayable. I would appreciate it if you would listen to this entire community that supports your company. Thank you.
