Pro Clubs Coins Missing

On EAFC25 i had 1,612,562 million club coins, they would transfer over to the next year every time. Now launching EAFC26 my counter is on 0 all of a sudden, same account, same everything and no i didn't spend them since i can still see them when i launch 25. I have been saving them for a long time, never spend them on cosmetics because they don't interest me and now when XP and Archetypes can be bought with them they magically disappeared...

Is this fixable? Will i get them back? Really annoyed by this since i saved so many over the years
